CASE STUDY

Client: Nigel Farange, Member of the European Parliament

Brief: Provide the Nigel Farage election campaign with video media for United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP) leadership elections. The film must show the subject in a variety of situations to showcase an understanding of party politics, issues that affect UKIP, connection with the electorate and an ability to bring new members and voters to the party.

Solution: We sent a crew to follow ‘a day in the life’ of Nigel during his busy routine of meetings with party members, interviews with journalists and discussions with members of the public.

The shoot took place in a variety of locations to highlight the candidates all-round ability, these included constituency offices, restaurant and St. Jame’s Park.

In the edit RAW, put together the candidate’s manifesto inter-cut with tv footage and motion graphics.

Outcome: Nigel Farange had a 5 minute video election manifesto to get across his message and relay his most important issues. This video was distributed nationwide and online, RAW are happy to congratulate Nigel on his well deserved election victory!
